Limitations and liability’s
This section applies to the Platforms and not to the products that may be sold online or by phone by one of sales team.
HARTMANN BROTHERS tries to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However, HARTMANN BROTHERS does not warrant or represent that Deublers Material is accurate, error-free or reliable or that use of HARTMANN BROTHERS Material will not infringe rights of third parties.
HARTMANN BROTHERS does not warrant that the functional and/or technical aspects of the Platforms or the HARTMANN BROTHERS Material will be error free or that the Platforms, HARTMANN BROTHERS Material or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. If use of the Platforms or HARTMANN BROTHERS Material results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment, data or other element, HARTMANN BROTHERS is not responsible for those costs. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Platforms is provided to you "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HARTMANN BROTHERS and its suppliers make no warranties about the HARTMANN BROTHERS Material, software, text, downloads, graphics, and links, or about results to be obtained from using the Platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HARTMANN BROTHERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from the Platforms or any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if HARTMANN BROTHERS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Please note that in some jurisdictions consumer protection laws may not allow certain exclusions or limitation of warranties or liabilities, and consequently some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply.
We prohibit acts of violence, verbal or written suggestions of violence, and any attempt to intimidate, harass, or otherwise violate the safety and wellbeing of others
Everyone who abides by our policies and standards is welcome here. Mistreatment of any kind on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disability will not be tolerated
Termination And Suspension
Returns & RMA Number
All returns must be notified within 3 days of the date received. In order to return a item for a refund you must contact customer service to issue a return merchandise authorization(RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, write the RMA number on the invoice along with the reason for returning. Also write the RMA number on the outside of the box. So you will be writing the RMA in 2 different spots. NO item will be returned without a RMA number. Ridgley's does not pay for return shipping cost. Returns are processed within 15 business days following the receipt of the return. Shipping cost and services are non refundable. Buyers premium and shipping is NONE refundable
Shipping cost is non-refundable. All orders are shipped to the credit card verified address only. Please ensure that we have proper credit card addresses on file. We can not and will not ship to any address that is not on file with the credit card company. If you would like a item shipped to address that is not related to the credit card address a money wire must be done to complete transaction. Deubler records all items condition under video surveillance before it is shipped out. Shipping is a flat rate fee of $16.50 for item(s) sold in the United State for $499 or less. Items that exceed $499 or if being shipped outside of the U.S will have additional fees. (Deubler does not profit from shipping charges). All winning lots will have a $6 fee added to their invoice. (Deubler does not profit from this charge). This fee goes to the USPS for signature added security for your package.
Received Damages Product/s
If you have received a damaged item, are missing an item, or any shipment occurred damages, please save the box and packing material then call the shipping provider as soon as possible to file a claim. Claims with Fed-ex, UPS, and USPS can take from 3-6 weeks to resolve. We are not responsible for any of the shipping providers faults or damages
Unpaid items will be discarded after 90 days. This applies for partial paid items. If a customers fails to complete full payment for invoice or fails to pick up their item they forfeit their rights to the property after 90 days. HARTMANN BROTHERS provides a tracking number for all items shipped. In the occurrence a item is shipped but gets sent back to Deubler for any reason you must contact Deublers directly within 90 days to re arrange delivery or pickup or the items will be discarded. It is the customers responsibility to track and manage their items
It is illegal to wrongfully dispute a transaction if you are still in position of the item. We will have anyone who wrongfully conducts a charge back or dispute prosecuted to the highest amount of law applicable.
All descriptions believed accurate but not warranteed. All carat weights on estate jewelry are approximates and not warranteed. By placing a order, buyer signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
To maintain the highest level of service, Deubler may record all phone calls. By calling in you hereby agree to all call recordings, accept that all verbal authorizations shall be binding for all orders placed, and agree to and accept all terms and conditions of each sale verbally. Buyer further agrees that buyer expressly authorizes Deubler to charge the cardholders credit card for any and all purchase transaction.
When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The following information may be stored in the register:

Offers and refusal of service
HARTMANN BROTHERS allows you to submit a suggested offer on item/s you may want to purchase. Please keep in mind that HARTMANN BROTHERS has the right to refuse any offer or sale to any user regardless of listed price. All offers must contain the item/s number to receive a response from a HARTMANN BROTHERS sales representative.
The united states now requires all online sellers to charge sales tax. The tax will depend on the location the item is being shipped too. If you are picking up your item you will be charged 8.9% GA sales tax. If you are a dealer tax may be waived provided a active resell certificate
